Description

Дрожди за бели вина 20 грама се използват се при предизвикване на алкохолна ферментация. Съдържанието се изсипва в 0,5л. хладка (25-30°)вода и се разбърква. Изсипва се в 10л. съд и се добавя 2-3 литра от ширата. Оставя се няколко часа и се добавя към основния материал. Дозировка: 20гр. на 100-200 литра вино или плодов материал.
