Description

Винените дрожди се използват за предизвикване на алкохолна ферментация. Начин на дозиране: 20гр на 100-200литра вино или плодов материал. Приложение: съдържанието се изсипва в 0,5л. хладка (25-30°)вода и се разбърква. Изсипва се в 10л. съд и се добавя 2-3 литра от ширата. Оставя се няколко часа и се добавя към основния материал.
